Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dominion (“the Game”), operated by Rotsen Games (“we,” “us”). By playing Dominion or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't play.

You must be at least thirteen years old to use Dominion. If you are between thirteen and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

When playing Dominion, you agree not to:

• Use automated clients, scripts, bots, or any tool that plays the game on your behalf.
• Exploit bugs, network glitches, or client-side flaws for ranked or leaderboard gain.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the game client or servers.
• Use offensive, harassing, impersonating, or trademark-infringing usernames or display names.
• Attempt to disrupt matchmaking, overload our services, or access another player's account.
• Share your account with others or sell/transfer accounts.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity. Anonymous (guest) accounts may be rate-limited and are not eligible for Ranked play.

Dominion — including its code, art, sounds, UI, maps, and brand — is owned by Rotsen Games and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Streaming, recording, and non-commercial let's-play content is explicitly allowed and encouraged.

Content you create in-game (usernames, profile text) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it as part of the Game and its public surfaces (leaderboards, match history).

If and when paid products — such as the Supporter pass or cosmetic items — become available, purchases will be handled by a third-party payment processor. Those purchases are governed by the purchase terms presented at checkout and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotsen Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including lost matches, lost rank, or lost cosmetic progress caused by bugs, outages, or network issues.

We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the changelog; continued play after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rotsen Games is organized. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed in the next revision of this document; for now, you may direct inquiries about governing law to the contact address below.
